1. Before installing and using the deep well pump, the deep well submersible pump must be filled with clean water on the ground and then placed in the deep well. When filling the water, the pump must be completely upright, otherwise it will not be filled with clean water. This is one of the precautions for using the deep well pump, and it is also a matter that is prone to incorrect use.
2. After the deep well pump is placed in the deep well, the resistance of the deep well pump to the ground should be measured, and the resistance value should be no less than 5 megohms.
3. The power supply voltage must reach the voltage specified by the deep well pump, otherwise it will cause the deep well pump to fail to reach the flow and head parameters, and in severe cases, the motor will burn out.
4. When the deep well pump is installed in the pool, the deep well pump must be kept upright, and it cannot be tilted or laid flat. This is also the key point of the precautions for using the deep well pump.
5. Before starting the deep well pump, the valve should be closed to start. After the deep well pump is started, slowly open the deep well pump outlet pipeline valve. Pay attention to the current and control the valve opening near the rated current of the deep well pump for best use.
6. Deep well pumps need to be frequently checked for current, voltage, flow and head during operation. If any of the indicators exceeds the rated value, the pump should be shut down immediately and the cause should be found and resolved before it can be started.
7. After the newly purchased deep well pump is installed and put into operation for the first time, it should be shut down and the thermal resistance should be quickly measured 4 hours after it is put into operation.
8. After stopping the deep well pump midway, the next start should be started after an interval of 5 minutes. This is mainly because the current is large when the deep well pump is started. After the first shutdown, the motor is still hot, and the temperature will rise further due to the large current of the second start. This is to prevent the motor from overheating and heavy water in the outlet pipe.
9. Before stopping the pump, the outlet valve should be closed, the power supply should be cut off, and the switch box should be locked. When the pump is not used in winter, the accumulated water in the pump should be drained.
